Under general supervision of the Branch Manager, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for general clerical duties including but not limited to: 


  • Organization and management of files and documentation
  • Maintaining inventory of necessary office and other supplies
  • Word processing and the preparation of reports/other documents, as requested or necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned 


Minimum requirements

  • High School or GED required
