Under general supervision of the Building Support Manager, performs a variety of skilled maintenance and  repair tasks in areas such as HVAC, carpentry, electrical, heating, and plumbing. This position  performs upkeep tasks such as repairs and general maintenance. Responsible for applying basic mechanical fixes  to equipment and building systems and ensuring facilities are organized and functional.

The Loan Originator also conveys policies for extension of credit in accordance with Company and investor guidelines, serves customers, prospective customers, builders, developers and realtors promptly and professionally.
